Artist Bio: Pedro Alderete was born and raised in Havana, Cuba and moved to Toronto in 1988. Since graduating from the Ontario College of Art and Design, he has been very active in the arts community; creating art, curating exhibitions, founding collectives, collaborating with artists from his homeland, and developing a network with other communities and organizations. He also works as scene painter for film and television.
